1. Prices for foreign passengers do not include VAT CHECK IN: 14.00 PM CHECK OUT: 12.00 AM. 2. When a guaranteed reservation is done the member must comply with the following alternatives and obligations: 2.1. Use the reservation. 2.2. When the reservation is NOT going to be used, the member MUST CANCEL it via email, including the following information: Name, Telephone number, email, reservation date and Nº of reservation. The Hotel must accept the cancellation via email giving a cancellation number. The cancellations will only be valid within the 48 hours before arrival time. Otherwise, the room will be charged to the credit card. 3. Through the acceptance of a reservation the Hotel must: 3.1. Make a reservation within 12 hrs of the following day from the arrival day 3.2. When no room is available for a guaranteed reservation, the Hotel must provide the passenger the following: Find a similar accommodation for one night in a similar hotel. This is cost-free for the passenger. Free transportation to the Hotel as an alternative. Transfer all communications to the alternative Hotel. Accept all cancellations done before the date and time specified as maximum 24 hrs. in advance of the check in 12.00 am (arrival day). When no cancellation of a reservation is made, according to the conditions described in 2.2 , or no use of the room is done during the following day of the arrival date and after the limit time for Check out, the Hotel will fill out a sale receipt with the passenger information and the accommodation price for one night. The words No show will be placed at the customer signature place and the receipt will be deposited for collecting. 4. I authorize to charge me for the unpaid services during my stay. |
